Kim, the office manager, has been with the office for over 8 years and as such is intimately familiar with every detail of the office’s policies and procedures. She is the office manager and directly performs all insurance and patient billing duties. She is located in her own office so that any out of facility scheduling and billing issues can be resolved in confidence.
